CSVA Core Competencies
Below you will find updated resources for the Confidential Sexual Violence Advocate training. After researching other state models and gathering input from programs, NJCASA developed eight competencies for advocates with suggested corresponding education hours for knowledge and skill development. These competencies will guide future resource development and assessment efforts.
