The LGBTQ Center for Health and Wellness is New Jersey’s premiere medical provider serving the unique needs of the community with compassion and understanding. As part of the VNA of Central Jersey Community Health Center network, we serve everyone, regardless of their ability to pay. We accept commercial insurance, medicare, medicaid and work with uninsured patients on a generous sliding scale. No one is turned away.
Community Health Centers are located in Asbury Park, Keyport, Red Bank, and Freehold.
