The Family Justice Center model is a coordinated, single point-of-access center offering comprehensive services for victim-survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault under one roof. It was created by the Alliance for HOPE International. The model has been identified as a best practice in the field of domestic violence intervention and prevention. It has been proven to radically improve family safety as well as offender accountability by bringing support and resources for victim-survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault under one roof. Anyone seeking services can make one appointment and meet with multiple service providers at the Family Justice Center. A victim-survivor only has to tell their story once. The Center’s goal is to eliminate barriers, enhance access to services, and improve safety and confidentiality for victim-survivors and their families.
