Angelina Elliott earned her Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Bachelor’s degree in Human Services in Child and Family Welfare, Protection of Human Rights, from Purdue University.  She is an SHRM certified human resource professional with a strong background in supporting and developing personal and professional growth.

In her past roles, she has been an applied behavioral analyst working with individuals with autism and their families, helping support skill development and living healthier functioning lives.  During COVID, she worked within the HR department of a nonprofit organization to improve at-risk children’s socio-emotional well-being and education. She has also contributed as a liaison officer and researcher, performing thematic analysis and qualitative research to better advocate. She understands the facets of social injustices and boundaries of DEI and its impact through different socioeconomic settings.

She has a passion for understanding human behavior and working alongside people of multiple backgrounds to make the workplace and society a better place to strive and be a part of.

As the Human Resource Specialist at NJCASA, she will continue NJCASA’s mission to embrace a servant and transformational leadership philosophy throughout multiple channels and continue improving and growing the NJ coalition.

In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and children, making lifelong memories.
