Dear Friends and Colleagues,

There are moments, in the life-cycle of a non-profit, where the Board of Trustees is given the amazing opportunity to shape the future of an organization with intention. This is that time for NJCASA. With the departure of long-time Executive Director, Andrea Spencer-Linzie, the NJCASA Board of Trustees is taking this time to celebrate our past successes, assess our current status, and ensure that the foundation upon which NJCASA will build its future is stable and strong. 

The New Jersey Coalition Against Sexual Assault (NJCASA) represents 22 Sexual Violence Programs (SVPs) from the state's 21 counties and Rutgers University. With the SVPs being located throughout New Jersey, some of our programs were hit harder than others by Hurricane Sandy - and there are a handful of programs that are still in need of some help.

Thank you to everyone who attended our inaugural Annual Meeting. There were over 80 attendees at the Meeting which was held at Lowenstein and Sandler PC Law Firm in Roseland, NJ.
